Fighting Fibro-Fog

Coping with the everyday pain of Fibromyalgia is a hard to deal with; however the surprise of the Fibro-fog can cause much concern in a newly suffering Fibromyalgic. The confusing and disoriented feeling of Fibro-fog can throw anyone of their daily game plan. There are many theories as to why people with Fibromyalgia have Fibro-Fog however the theories are no comfort when one is suffering from the Fibro-fog.

Tip 2: Educate your loved ones: Educate the people you are around to your condition. Some family members struggle with the concept of Fibromyalgia but the truth is the more they know the more they can be of support.

Tip 3: Change the subject: In that embarrassing situation; when you have forgotten your words change the subject of your sentence. Learning more vocabulary will give you additional words to add to your conversation in case a word or two is forgotten.

Just a quick messege. In news they are saying that the increase in Carbohydrates and lower fat intake can improve congnative thinking! Wow will that help us? Fibro Fog is a hard side effect to deal with but with this new study there maybe hope for us yet!
