Fighting Fibromyalgia: About Us

Lisa Robertson is a freelance Writer. She also has Fibromyalgia. Though Lisa is not a physician she has made it her job to inform others of this painful and uncomfortable disease. She hopes to teach others about the risks, symptoms, and issues that suffers go through day to day. She also hopes to help them understand that they are not alone.

She hopes that they find a bit of comfort in this site, and it provide support, relief and friendship among those who have fibromyalgia and their families. Although we suffer our families suffer as well and knowledge is the key to a healthy, and happy life!

Volunteering is what she loves to do best. Giving back to her community she shares her information with others and provides them with support. She is currently working as a volunteer on the Committee to Elect Chris Terry for Southfield City Council as an Adminstrative Assistant.
